Actually I did emailed aibi cs, and the cs lady - clare, said that the warranty is only for 3 months and the repair service will only be free if I send it to them. Thus I hesitated cos i did read somewhere that the stepper malfunctioned/broke down after a few months. Anyway I'll just give it a try.
